What your families get
A free membership on a platform that has nothing to sell them. Live today: guides written in plain language, the topics and resources behind them, Harper, and crisis resources — most of it readable without an account at all. Membership is free, is never a condition of care, and does not end when their treatment does.
The point is continuity. The stay is a few weeks. The part that decides whether the stay held is the year that follows it, and almost nobody is with the family for that year.
What is not open yet is the part that puts your center's name on it. That is the rest of this page.
The path, from the first day Coming
- The first minute. Your desk sends one link. What the family opens is your center's page, with our fixed block inside it.
- During the stay. The family has somewhere to go that is about them, not about admissions paperwork, and it carries your center's name.
- At discharge. The just-out stage comes with a default thirty-day pairing — one line, offered plainly, and easy to decline.
- The first year. The check-in program below, plus the platform itself, which does not stop when the engagement does.

The first-year check-in program Coming
Designed to run by hand from day one, on purpose: a monthly touch and a coordinator checklist. There is no software gate on it, nothing for your staff to adopt, and no claim here that a system is doing the caring. A person reaches out, on a schedule, and the checklist makes sure nobody is skipped.
We would rather run something real by hand than ship a dashboard that makes the same work look automated. It has not run for a center yet, and its scope grows as we learn it with the first ones we run it for.
The circle and events Coming
Group spaces and scheduled events for members, in your center's name. The community side of SoberSphere is not open yet on the consumer platform either, and the center-facing version sits on top of it. When it opens, the coordinator rules below already apply to it.
The coordinator's view Coming
Your alumni coordinator gets a view built around a hard line: announcements out, aggregates back.
- Post announcements to the members attached to your center.
- See aggregates — how many joined, engagement in bands, and the requests that come in for a person from your center.
- Never read member posts. Not summarized, not sampled, not "just the concerning ones." Check-in content is off by default.
A family that thinks the center is reading over its shoulder gets nothing out of the platform, and neither do you. The wall is the product, and it is specified before the view is built rather than after.
The lander, and the block inside it Coming
The lander is your page, on your domain, in your words — written by you with our oversight and our approved language for anything that touches care. Inside it sits one fixed block: the embed.
- The embed is ours. Served from this site, byte-identical on every center's page, and not alterable by a center.
- The consent screen is always ours, served from here, so a family sees the same words wherever it meets us.
- Our guarantees attach to the embed: no third-party pixels, consent handled our way, attribution done our way. They attach to the block, not to the rest of your page.
Attached, not owned Coming
These are the terms the attachment is being built to, stated now so they are not negotiated later. A member who joins from your lander will carry a code that says where they came from. From there:
- The member severs with one tap and keeps everything — the account, the history, the people. No confirmation maze, no email to support.
- Suppression is per center, so severing from you doesn't sever them from anything else.
- You see joined, engagement bands, and requests. Not posts, not check-in content, not names attached to activity a member didn't send you.
- Attribution and signals stop when the fee does. Members keep everything. The relationship they built does not belong to the engagement.
This is the part that makes centers pause, and it is the part that makes it work. A family can tell the difference between somewhere it can leave and somewhere it can't.
